Our family had been searching all over Visalia and the surrounding areas for THE perfect area to build our dream home. That process took over a year but it was worth the wait to purchase in Southern Highlands. This super unique community was unlike any other builder we came across in the Valley. We loved our floor plan so much, we ended up purchasing without seeing a completed model! That is how much faith we had in this local builder to produce a fantastic forever home. The reason being, is the unique designs of the home, up grades that are simply out of reach with other builders, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were/are EVERYTHING to us. We are still truly blown away by the wonders of Southern Highlands. If that wasn’t already a selling point, the people we worked with during the home buying process were super knowledgeable, professional and quite accommodating to meet the needs of our requested upgrades. We would like everyone to know, if you buy in Southern Highlands you’ll have an instant sense of community. We are excited to watch our neighbors move in and build a circle of friendly supportive people to “do life with.”

We have lived here since June 30, 2018. The overall process was easy and everyone was helpful and accommodating. We worked closely with Patrick, Paul, and Mike. They were friendly and kept us up to date through the process. The lady (can’t remember her name) that does the upgrades came to Fresno for us to see what are options were (since my husband’s work schedule didn’t allow us to go to the show room). Billy did a great job and whenever we had a question was able to help us out right away. We have a great quality home and are extremely happy. We plan for this to be our forever home and to make many beautiful memories here with our family and friends.
